Jessie, even if it was a bad gift (I'm not saying it is) we weren't supposed to do anything of "monetary value." And if re-funds are allowed, then I'm sure lots of people will want to refund their gifts...which could get hectic...

for manga he downloaded a manga I read off of the internet about people eating mermaids. Not teh mermaids I had in mind. For games, he gave me minesweeper, pinball and solitaire. And then he gave me cat pictures.
