The clerk finally let us go see the manager. They rushed through the door of the building.
"Where the heck is the sword?" Alex's uncle screamed.
"I have no idea what you're talking about. No clue what so ever. Please go leave me alone. If you don't have real business to discuss than leave."
"This is real business," Alex growled in reply. "A woman came in here early with a sword and went to see you. When she came out, there was no more sword. What the hell did you do with the sword?"
"I really have no idea what you're talking about. I mean like, I a woman did walk in here, but I didn't like what she had to offer, so I sent her on her way. I don't have a sword."
Alex's uncle was now starting to get really ticked off. "When that woman walked out, there was no sword with her. What happened to the sword during that time? I will kill you if you don't tell me this time."
"Very threatning," coaxed the manager. "I still don't have a sword though. Go look around back. Maybe she snuck back in the store when I was in the bathroom and gave it to someone else in here. What else am I supposed to say? Go look around here if you don't believe me. I'm not lying though."
"Uncle. I really don't think he's lying. Look at him. He's pretty scared. Someone who was lying really wouldn't look that scared."
"It's a poker face, Alex. He's trying to decieve us. I'm gonna kill him. Maybe than his face will show what he is truly doing."
"Wait, wait, wait." The manager began to plead. "The girl did come in here, but she didn't try to sell me the sword. She asked me to hold it for her, but after I came back from using the bathroom, it was gone. Is that enough information for you not to kill me?"
"Yes it is," Alex's uncle replied, smilingly. They walked out the door.
"What are we gonna do now?" Alex complained.

Apparently, the girl showed no signs of trouble and quickly ran off after they let her go. She showed no signs of suspicious activity, but Vince wanted to be safe. Bringing out a different box this time, he pushed the center of different parts of it.
The boy and his uncle were different. His uncle wasn't trusting of anyone not related to him by blood, and had proved to be difficult to get by. But the boy hadn't gone to the bathroom in a while, so the group jumped him and managed to get him knocked out quietly before his uncle could notice.
Soon, a sparkling rock appeared in his room.Glancing at it, he got up from his bed and gently picked it up. As it glinted in the dimly lit room, he wondered how his superiors were going to treat the young boy. Slowly carresing the rock, he felt himself be pulled into the darkness and flung through the air.
Landing on his feet, he quickly broke the rock and watched as it began to burn and dropped it on the ground. Gazing at his surroundings, he satisfyingly noted that Nocchi was waitting at the entrance of the door.
" So, he didn't prove at all that much of a trouble did he?"
" Not at all "
" As for the girl?"
" She's still trying to figure out why we let her go without doing her harm. I also, must wonder sir, why is that...?"
" I did not follow through with my word? Violence is useless at times. At that point it was."
As they walked through the halls, the continued to chit chat about the day's events. As they neared the end of the hall, a massive door stretched in front of them with golden words etched in it's wood.
"dspneiarkf"
Sighing, Vincent let out a little huff.
" I'm amazed they still have this old code. Sooner or later, someone will break it."
Moving his hair out of his eyes, he tilted his head back and yelled , " Drienf!"
As the doors creaked open, Nocchi walked towards the door and kneeled down. Vincent followed his show of respect, as a loud voice boomed through the halls.
"Deb Gee Shh Moonlit Ion Tyro.Aft Id Lo No, Cvine"
"Eys, satrem."
Bowing their heads, the exited the room backwards and watched as the door closed.
" He was pretty pissed at you, Vince."
" You don't think I already know that?"
As both men walked through more corridors, they passed other members and gave curt nods as they passed each other. At last, they came to their destination. It was a small door with a gold coating. Giving Vince a sympathetic look he opened the door and ushered him in. Inside was a well furnished room with jewels and gold. They were imbedded in the furniture and lights, and gave off a pleasant twinkling. Vince thought it was a little too bright.
" Talk about a king's stay." Nocchi whispered. Scoffing, Vincent walked over to the gaurds in the room and motioned for them to wait by the door. As they moved, he saw that Alex was unconscious on the bed and looked slightly pale.
For the second time that day, he waited in a foul mood.

Makenna knew she was both pushing her luck, and being childish, but she couldn't help it. Carefully setting the burning arrows on the bow, she pulled back, and released. The four arrows soared through the air, and landed in the trees surrounding the caves. Withing seconds they were all aflame, and she was gone.
<I need to go after that man> She thought. <My wild goose chase may have worked, but the sword could still be discovered.>

" Put out the fire and make sure nothing of his is harmed. If he finds out that something happened there, he'll probablly kill us in his rage."
" Sir, permission to question?"
" .. Go ahead."
" Why is he so protective of..."
" Ah, it's because of what he is. When we were younger, the few people who did know about, it, were frightened of him. "
Laughing, he added, " He was amazed when I first spoke to him."
" Ah, thank you, sir."
Nodding, Nocchi walked away and sighed. It had been a while since he ever thought about it all.
