oh right. im stupid ------------------------------------------------------------------- Alex had finally made it back to his room. He took out his back pack and packed everything that was needed. He had no clue what to pack for his personal item though. Instead of fretting over it, he brought his favorite book. Stormbreaker. He could maybe figure out how the hell that boy was able to sneak around so well without even being noticed by one person. ---------------------------------------------------------------- She realized that she was supposed to be packing for her trip the next day. She ran back to her dorm. She still couldn't figure out which handheld video game she was bringing but that was besides the point. She took out her back pack and carefully emptied it of all the video games she had stored in there. (This was after she got back to her dorm of course). She packed the required elements and than continued to ponder on which video game she was going to bring with her. After a bit of thinking, she gave up and just put both the psp and the nintendo ds. She hoped no one would give a crap that she brought both of the systems.

"One thing, huh," Randy said, examining her possestions. "Guess it's obvious which one." She reached out and tucked her beat up MP3 in her pocket.

As the students assembled, Diane and Kei counted heads and checked everyone's bags. Crystal helped the bag search as everyone was split up into different lines.
"Hey now, Isabella~ We said one personal item, right?"
Glancing from her line, Diane twitched her nose and sneered out,
" Pity. Now you get neither."
From Crystal's Line, Randy and Yumi passed through with ease. From Diane's line, Alex and Yuusuke were waved on through. Only Isabella was waved through unhappy.
" Allright, kiddies, pile on the bus, and get as much rest as you can. We'll be hiking for a while."
Waving goodbye, Crystal gave each student a sweet smile as the bus pulled away.

Randy jumped into an empty seat and immeadiatly took out her MP3, cranking the volume up high and leaning her head lazily against the window. ----------------- fail short

Quietly, Yumi sat near the middle of the bus, next to her brother.
" What'd you bring, Yumi?"
Blushing a bit, Yumi quietly opened her bag and pulled out a small black book.
Grinning, Yuusuke flipped open his bag and pulled out his cooking kit. Together, they whispered at the same time as they clinked together their two items.
" Naturally~"

I really like your characters. They're...what's the word? Dynamic. They're very dynamic.

Isabella slumped into one of the front seats. She had both video games taken away from her! Both! She was ready to cry. She brought her knees up to her chest and put her head down. Why couldn't she just listen to directions?

Alex just sat, well wherever. He didn't really care where he sat as long as the stupid teacher didn't sit with him or tried to talk with him. He took out stormbreaker and began to read. That's when he got fed up. "It isn't possible that Alex can sneak around that well and no one notices him! It's just not possible." He shoved the book in his pack and hoped no one was staring at him akwardly.

Oh my goodness! A post! ---------------------------------------- Randy pulled one earbud out of her ear and looked up questioningly, letting it dangle. Through the music blaring from her player, she had heard one of the boys, two seats in front of her, shout out something about something being "not possible." She looked around at the others on the bus, thinking. The two twins were outgoing, and thick as thieves. The other girl, the one who wasn't able to bring anything, was moping in a seat up front. No one was interacting except for the twins, but they hardly counted since they were family. Randy put her earbud back in and turned the volume up as loud as it would go. She knew the others could probably hear her music by now, and she was probably damaging her hearing, but she didn't care. She slowly closed her eyes, sliding down further in her seat, and concentrated on the music and only the music. ---------------------------------------- Her music is like really loud by the way. Like, uh Sam-remember on the field trip on the way to the swamp, when I accidentally turned my music up too loud? Yeah, its like that volume.

Yumi heard the blareing of music come from a few seats behind her. Yumi, not used to the elephant in the vehicle, twitched her eyes in annoyance and glanced out of the window.Under her breathe, Yumi secretly whispered dark thoughts.
-------
Head swivling, hair spinning, Yuusuke peaked from his seat and glanced at the relative area where the noise was coming from.
"ehh...."
Tilting his head to the side, Yuusuke slowly spun a small gust of air into a ball and spoke into it. With ninja like stealth, he blew it over to the girl and watched as it seaped into her headphones. The message?
" Turn your music down, you're going to go deaf."

Randy's eyes snapped open at the voice that came from her headphones. <I turned my music up to get away from these people> she thought, grumpily turning the volume down from 20 to 17. <What's they point if their voices still get in?>
